This policy applies to both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) transactions.

Eligibility for Refunds

– The customer cancels an order within the allowable cancellation period (if applicable).

Refunds are not available for:

– Products or services that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

– Services that have already been rendered or partially used.

  1. Requesting a Refund:

  Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged goods, service provided).

2.Approval and Processing:

  Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3.Refund Method:

  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchasing of goods or services.

  For B2B transactions, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or credit memo, depending on the agreement.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

 If a return is required, you will receive instructions on how and where to send    the product.

 The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

 Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

  Exchanges are subject to product and service availability.

  If the requested product or service is unavailable, a refund will be issue instead.

Cancellations

B2C Orders:

  You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

B2B Orders:

  Cancellation terms for B2B orders will be outlined in the specific agreement or contract between Aladdin One Stop Services and the business client.

Non-Refundable Items

  The following items are non-refundable:

  Custom-made or personalized products.

  Digital products or downloadable content (unless defective).

  Services that have already been rendered or partially used.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ALADDIN SERVICES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF ALADDIN SERVICES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) (COLLECTIVELY, “DAMAGES”), RESULTING FROM: (A) THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) THE COST OF ANY GOODS AND/OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICE; (C) DISCLOSURE OF, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR INFORMATION OR CONTENT; (D) CONTENT YOU SUBMIT, RECEIVE, ACCESS, TRANSMIT OR OTHERWISE CONVEY THROUGH THE SERVICE; (E) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY SERVICE PROVIDERS OR OTHER THIRD PARTY THROUGH THE SERVICE; (F) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE; (G) ANY BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT BY ALADDIN SERVICES OR THE FAILURE OF ALADDIN SERVICES TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR (H) ANY OTHER DEALINGS OR INTERACTIONS YOU HAVE WITH ANY SERVICE PROVIDERS (OR ANY OF THEIR REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS). THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances only:

– The service provider has cancelled the service prior to service date or not showed up “No Show’.

– The product or service was not delivered at all.

– The customer cancels an order within the allowable cancellation period (if applicable).

Refunds are 100% not available (Non-Refundable for):

– Products or services that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

– Services that have already been rendered or partially used.

-Any disputes will be between you and the service provider directly and according to the code of all terms and conditions and policies posted on our website and application.

Refund Process

  1. Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund for cases that may meet circumstances above only , please contact our customer support team at info@aladdinpros.com within 2 days of the schedued service date.

Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of conversations or application project status etc for the service provided).

2.Approval and Processing:

Once your request is received, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-14 business days.

3.Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchasing of goods or services.

For B2B transactions, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, account wallet or credit memo, depending on the agreement.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns:

If a return is required, you will request from the service provider on how and where to send the product as they deliver the product on hand during the service scheduled date.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Aladdin Services platform is not responsible for any goods or products sold through the service provider during their service completion and according to all terms and conditions and policies mentioned on our website www.aladdinpros.com and application.

Cancellations

All Orders:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped or service provider is on their way to sight on scheduled date and time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe, please:

Check your bank account or application wallet or payment method.

Check with your service provider first on reasons of any delays.

Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary for cases of refunds       that are made by Aladdin services only as mentioned in terms above.

All and any other refunds requested by the service provider are outside of Aladdin Service platforms control and have no interference with such cases.
